How my way approaching HR
HR is all about a love-care job from my point of views; after all, human being is not like machine. It is not easily controlled with unpredictable and fickle mind. You should select the right person who is capable and fitted to the corporate culture. The incentive, motivation and environment are all taken into consideration.
Tell you what. I can observe the happiness and worries on interviewee’s faces. I am so horribly sentimental to hear and scan what’re people’s hopes and dislikes around me. I just know what things can make people more cheerful.I didn’t say I promise that I can, did I?
So, a roadmap toward future. By now, Ingrid should take both internal and external relationship with colleagues and customers. In other words, Ingrid, should re-arrange your work in marketing, HR and Administration issues with no excuse. You should learn many new things at the same time and be on the right track ASAP. Don’t be anyone’s burden. Please, never say you are over-loaded, Ingrid. Everyone should try the best to accomplish himself/herself, take more challenges and fix problems. That the thing we break the line, our bottleneck, prob. somehow changes our lives sometimes. I'm hoping for seeing different world.
